Mike McCorkle, Principal
Mike McCorkle is a non-profit professional with 30 years of experience leading organizations and ministries to mission achievement and growth. He has worked in a variety of organizations leading program areas, start up teams, multiple departments and entire organizations. Mr. McCorkle specializes in understanding the unique complexities of a non-profit culture and structure and how it can achieve health and fulfill vision.
Most recently, Mike has served as the CEO for SAMBICA Ministries, a multi-program ministry serving the families and youth of the Seattle/Bellevue area. During his tenure at SAMBICA Mr. McCorkle led the organization from the edge of bankruptcy to vitality and revenue growth of over 40%. The SAMBICA Brand has been molded and implemented along with program, marketing and fundraising strategies to maximize mission achievement.
Prior to joining SAMBICA, Mike was a Marketing and Programs Manager at Lake Retreat Conference Center, a Church Planting Pastor with New Beginnings Fellowship in Seattle, and a Senior Pastor with the Free Methodist Church in which he holds his ordination.
Within the NFP Practice of OneAccord, a national firm that provides interim and permanent executive leadership to middle and larger non profit organizations, Mike serves as a principal in developing the not-for-profit elements of OneAccord and in pursuing break through strategies for these organizations.
Mike has served in a variety of advisory roles including strategic planning with the Pacific Northwest Conference of the Free Methodist Church and Chairman of the Board for the International Graduate School of Ministry. Mr. McCorkle graduated from George Fox University with a B.S in Psychology. He is also a certified trainer in the DiSC Personal Profile System and the Strengths Finder Strengths System.
